Sadly, I received the wrong item. I ordered a stem, but they sent me a totally different product. The paperwork shows the correct item, but the package is all mixed up!
Now I gotta deal with emailing them about this mess and follow their instructions. Fingers crossed they cover the postage! This has also set me back since I needed that stem real quick.
Where's the quality control and checking process?

"Wrong Size Shoes Took My Cash and No One Reached Out"
I was browsing online and spotted some trainers I really liked. I selected a size 7.5, which is my usual fit, and then they charged my card. I figured they’d be here soon since it promised next day delivery. After a few days of waiting, nothing showed up, so I called them. They told me someone was on holiday and another person was handling it. Apparently, the first person had sent me an email asking about my size because they were advertising in American sizing, which I found odd. Eventually, I got a guy on the line who was pretty helpful, but I was bummed to learn they didn’t have my size in stock. I had to request a refund, and that took a while to process too. So, all in all, I’m not too pleased with this experience since I was really looking forward to those trainers.

The bike showed up with cage pedals (which are basic but functional) instead of the platform ones that were promised. All in all, it was a solid experience, and it got here on time.

Before I bought my first road bike, I had a bike fitting with H2. Adam was super helpful in getting me set up and figuring out the right bike for me, then he made sure it was all set up properly. I had a couple of follow-up sessions to fine-tune my position on the bike. Even months later, Adam is still quick to respond and offers advice through email. Honestly, I’ve got nothing bad to say about H2. I’d definitely recommend them.

"Awful bike, lousy customer support"
I purchased a brand new Giant bicycle through H2 gear and had to wait 10 days to collect it from the shop. It broke down just 2 kilometers from the store. The employees didn’t bother to say sorry, recognize the hassle, or offer any solutions after all that. These bikes are junk, and the customer service is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I ordered a pair of white shoes, but they sent me black ones instead. Now the white ones are out of stock. I'm just hoping to get a refund and cover the return shipping.
